I have a shohin Premna. I have kept it in a cold room this winter, but it has come into leaf early. I want to know if it would be safe to partialy defoliate now? I have done some pruning and need to do some more, as it is growing fast. It has been mild here this week, and I have had it outside, but it is set to get colder this week. I am in England.
