It's a mugo pine I've had no issues in the past with moving them at this time of the year.

This article mentions mid summer repotting to the best time for mugos. I have Only tried once, but successful.

Ahh, in my Country mid summer is the longest day of the year. That is two weeks passed now and the tree are ready according to the article linked.

Mugo are very fussy about roots being disturbed let alone pruned. I would never do it this time of year, possibly late August.

Give sun, and keep the foliage moist.
