just collected this fella. know i am going to leave growing for 2 seasons before i start doing any pruning or styling. any suggestions on what style i sould go with? has a wonderful root structure that is mostly on the surface.

I reaaly can't see the nebari (root structures), nor the taper of the trunk.

Yes, true. And if the OP is going to wait two years to do any styling he could use this time to plan the future of the tree.
