Hello everyone.

It has been such an awesome ride learning and understanding bonsai, I have been able to keep my trees alive for a few years, repotting and what not. I just wanted to share one of my projects with you guys and maybe get some advice to how to style this one. Very much appreciated and hoping to keep leaning from you guys.

I don't like it that they are tilted 90 degrees :)
Also, I don't like the rock. It is an unneeded element and doesn't add anything to the composition.

Other than that:
You've succeeded in keeping it alive for a long time. That is a good thing.
The juniper you posted gives the impression of a tree. That's what it is all about, so again, that's great.

The tree does have some flaws and could be improved. I do not really dare to give advice though, I think it's a bit too hard to see the real structure on a photo. It might help if you could show the tree from different angles. Are you a member of a bonsai club?

Very nice tree with potential. I'd like to have it in my collection :)

I am not part of any bonsai club, as a matter of fact my wife bought for me a juniper 4 years ago which I almost killed. Ever since I joined this website and started to learn and read from you guys. I have learned pretty much everything on my own, this particular material I bought from a Korean bonsai master in Vancouver , BC. He has taught me a few things. I am going to try to upload more photos for you guys. Again thank you very much.
For some reason I am having some trouble uploading the pictures....

They are very nice trees, of course you don't keep them in the kitchen, junipers hate kitchens. Beautiful trees.
