Hi All, since you all are in Spring time I thought I'd post my Callistemon
which I dug from a garden just under 3 years ago.
The tree is a long way from where I want it but slowly it makes progress.

The tree in flower, November 2014. In it's 3rd year I managed 176 flowers, please enjoy

That is such a beautiful tree! Showed it to my wife too and her first reaction was like:

"WOW! Why don't you have any tree similar to that one?"

My only response was to nod. Now I can only hope :dry:

Boy can I relate.. The one time she joint me to a bonsai trader she saw a bougainville in full flower. And we are talking, 20K euro worth bougainville. She goes: Now if you would grow one like that, we could put it on the garden table...
