I'm a beginner in plants in general "for real this is the first time I ever bought or took care of plants", I went to a plant nursery two days ago and bought three plants, Dracaena Lemon Lime, Zamioculcas zamiifolia, and a pretty bonsai tree, that I have no idea what species it is, the guy responsible has no idea either "I figured" I asked him what type it's he said bonsai, I said yeah what species? He said just bonsai..all what he said is to water it once a week.
"I found out the species of my two other plants by myself he didn't help"
I looked at the guide in this website and I couldn't find anything similar to my tree.
I hope you help me.
It has light and dark green, small, kind of oval leaves.

I hope this doesn't discourage you. For some of us this is how we got into this hobby/art. This is a great start to at least learn how to care for a plant. Here is a site that will help you.

First of all it is not a bonsai.
Second. If you search for "ID my tree" you will find dozens of the same plant. And the plant ID guide has this in there to. Go look.

I really do not believe Anna is here to get into the art of bonsai.

Thank you dear.
Even though I feel I was cheated on, I love this little Ficus ginseng.
I'm gonna keep it of course, I hope I won't kill it since it's my first time ever taking care of plants.

Haha no it's ok, I love my Ficus ginseng even though it's not a bonsai.
And thank you for your kindness.
Yes I agree this is a great start, because I'm a beginner, I never dealt with plants before, so I was kind of releived that it's not a bonsai, because I feel like bonsai is not beginner-friendly, especially for someone extremely inexperienced like me.
I've done lots of reading about bonsai in the last few days, I'm really interested in this art, but I'm not confident enough to start, because I'm a beginner, I hope I'll get into the art of bonsai in the feature.

Ok take it easy.
I checked the plant guides, both of them, the only similar thing was Boxwood, when I googled it I knew it was not my tree species, I saw the ficus picture but I thought it wasn't similar, I don't know why, call it my inexperienced eyes.
But really no need to be so rough.

Why are you so sure?
I plan to get into it in the future, when I'm more experienced with plants in general.
