Hi there! Sorry to bother again but I'm so eager about my new 名媛直播 that I'm trying my best to take care of it.
So, I was looking at it and it seemed to me that the roots are way too tight in the pot! Is it normal that they look like that? I had only really big tree so it's normal that their root are visible on the surface but they never looked like that. Also, when will I know that my bonsai needs repotting?

First thing to learn is patience. Learn to take care for it. Don't rush into repotting, pruning, wiring and shaping it. That's the way most (I dare say: practically all) new bonsai owners kill their trees.

Does look like it it could use repotting though. Just monitor it and keep an eye on its health.

It was not my intention at all to do something to my bonsai but I was just a bit suspicious on the roots
Could you please tell me which are the trigger signs for a bonsai in need of repotting? Thanks again

Yesterday! I bought it in a garden centre store!

Now give the little buddy time. Give it the required amount of sun and water it wisely, as per the books with careful eye not to overwater or dry out. Just - Dont touch it. Patience is the best tool you have in your hands now. Leave to adopt and get used to with its new home. See how it goes after months, if it goes up and looks good you may start thinking of repoting. If it goes down, well something is not right - either the place or the basic care - sun and watering. Its not good to repot ill tree unless it is emergency. Since it lives in this pot for years, it will cope with it little more, thats for sure. Just give it time and good care for now.

Repoting and playing with the leaves was my biggest mistakes I did the first time I got my little trees. I jumped on that almost in the beginning, full of enthusiasm, which led to the tree's dead (and not only these mistakes). I have my new tree now for a month or something and just water it carefully, have it placed on moderate sun and watch it with love and hope it goes well. And so far it goes well. I guess I will repot in the summer, if all is right..

I will watch carefully for some months and see what happens. There's a really nice shop near the town I live where they do repot for people (like elders or beginners) so if I'm seeing that something is going wrong, I will take my tree to them just for the first potting.

You can also try some fertilizing, but it is preferred to use special bonsai mix for that. Should be carefully considered however, as if I see well, there are roots all over and you dont want more root growth. Yet again, let experts give their wise advise here.

as bonsai are just plants, you can use any fertilizer you want certainly with plants like these
