Ficus, and the white staining is probably just water deposits which should come off with a soft brush - I use an old brush head in my electric toothbrush which works well

It is a Fig or Ficus Tropical species. Can't see any white but I agree it is water deposits. Nothing to worry about and nothing you can do about it.

its a ficus. the white stuff is lime deposits, so your water might hard, but its not much to worry about, just rub it off.

I was wondering what for tree my bonsai is, so I can adjust the environment for the tree so the leaves come back.

Looks like a very sick Chinese Elm. Probably kept indoors in unsuitable conditions watered wrongly and poor light.
Start by checking the soil every day to see when it is almost dry. Then water thoroughly. Place in a window, with as much light as possible.
Once the treat of frost is gone put outside, that is if it is still alive.

I admit, the tree stands inside. By poor light , I live in the Netherlands and it is winter/autumn so low light.
But how do I know the soil is almost dry, it feels like a sponge when I press on it.

Use a stick to test the soil push down into the soil and when you pull it out if it is clean then it is dry. It sounds as if it still wet but I am not sure I think it should be outside.
I am as you can see in England, and we have similar conditions. Mine are always outside.
