is it inside?
But honestly, with a question like that, without any picture and info about which tree, where you live, how long you had it, etc etc....it is really impossible to say anything at all.
(compare it with you mailing a random car dealer and typing help with car not starting ...)

Tree was a gift. Got it this past June. It’s indoors
In it’s original pot. Location is San Diego,CA
Placed in a window. Partially shaded.
It was mostly like this when I received it. I don’t know it’s previous history.

The tree needs to be outside. It does not look that bad, so maybe not to late.

Oh, yea...I just shecked San Diego climate. You dont have enough cold days for proper dormancy. Catch 22....inside it will die, outside it will suffer and most likelly die. Get a tree better adapted to your area instead.
