Hello, I ordered a young cherry plant it's been 3 months and it still cannot acclimatize .. the leaves have Bad érection and turn yellow, turn black and dry and / or fall. And produce no new leaves...
I've already done :
-Changed the substrate. (Akadama )
-immerge in water or not at all watered
- - in the sun or sheltered from the wind or in the shade or partial shade
More new shoots ..
Nothing works there it continues its fall.
What is happening ???

I would say stop fussing with it. I would not have re potted and I would not keep moving it around. Also dunking is not the best way to water. So leave it in the sun water when almost dry and let it settle down.

Look very closely at the leaves, particularly the bottoms to see if there are bugs of any kind. I had a pear, a cherry, and a quince all curling leaves and looking unhappy. There were aphids all around. Azaleas were having similar issues and it was lace wings. In every case systemic bug killer worked fine.
I would also suspect root rot caused by poor drainage. Are there a lot of holes in the bottom of the pot? If you pull the root ball out of the pot does it drip water? Does it smell rotten? 90% akadama doesn't sound like good drainage so that may be the issue.

there is no aphid . Just à little.friendly worm ..
the problem was already there in the pot with 4 drainage holes.
It does not smell the mushroom consequences. it makes new white root .. i don't understand.
Forgot to say i added kiryu..
I did not want to remove too much soil because he already has a sore mouth

It is the end of summer. It is normal that trees do not respond to things this time of year. If they look scruffy.
I see lots of white roottips in the last picture. The last picture in your first post shows some new growth. Leave it alone.
