When did you spray? If you have only just done it then you have to wait. Looks like greenfly or white fly depending on how big they are.

Hi. Many thanks for your reply.
I only did that yesterday and today in the morning.
This picture I put its massively zoomed. By naked eye its hard to say they crawling insect. They look like tiny green bits on the top of leaves. The tree developed quite a few yellow leaves. and some off them are bitten off. The tree was super healthy but since I brought in another plant fun has started

Looks like aphids. If you are concerned with the environment just use your garden hose and spray them off, wipe them, however you want- takes time and doesn't work so good.
Insecticide works great, but is not environmentally friendly- it's up to you

No it should be outside anyway, but if you have just done it then you must wait, it will harm the tree to keep spraying poisons on it.

Aphids are farm animals brought by ants. Spray them off now and in an hour you will have more aphids, until the ants run out of aphids. That will take a long time. Chemicals are really the only answer. Neem oil may work well, but they come back after a couple of days. Systemic insecticides will last a long time.
Take the trees outside.

neem oil is systemic and works well, eggs hatch all the time so they are bound to come back.
