Hi,
So it's currently autumn where I live, and my cotoneaster microphyllus bonsai, has turned to this.
Is it still alive, and if so what can I do to save it?
It has been outside with morning sun, and partial afternoon sun.
Thank You

It is extremely difficult to kill Cotoneaster. That looks like it has not been watered for a very long time

Ha! I can kill anything.
I had a real nice cotoneaster, chopped the top half off one spring day, watered it on the same schedule as everything else, did nothing else to it, and it immediately turned brown all over and died.

Dont water trees on a scedule. Water trees when they need it.
Did you keep the tree inside or outside?

As I said cotoneaster are almost impossible to kill, so something else must have happened to kill it.

Could keeping it inside in a dark position all summer combined with too much watering be enough?
I dont say that it is the case here. Just curious.
