Does This Look OK?

Three quick questions about my startup bonsais...
1) In this first photo, you can see some Delonix Regia seeds starting to sprout up. The tall one with leaves sprouting out of the top looks normal, but the shorter one on the left has the “pod” part on the bottom of the stem. It almost looks like it’s upside down to me. Is this normal?
2) This second picture shows some white spots on the side of the planter. Is this mold? Is there something I need to do to get rid of it?
3) How often should I be watering these? And when watering, should I aim to just moisten the top of the soil, really saturate the entire thing, or somewhere in between?
Thanks so much.

Congratulations on your seedlings.
I agree, that one looks upside down. If you gently theke the seedside, and pult it out, try to replant with the root in the soil and hope
It is mould by the looks of things. I would not worry about it.
Watering with seedlings I find tricky. I water sparingly. Overwatering is initially a big risk

What does “theke” mean?
And do I pretty much just flip it upside down and pack the brown/white stem part under the soil?

I replanted and upon removing the seedling, I realized what made this thing grow upside down.
For these Delonix Regia seeds, I was advised to clip the end off of one end to expose the inner seed and increase chances for germination. I thought that the plant would grow upwards out of that clipped end, when in fact, the roots grow out of that end and the unclipped end of the seed is what actually grows upwards. I planted to seeds with the clipped end facing up. So I pretty much planted the seeds upside down.
Another question...one out of the four Delonix Regia seeds is making very little progress and is taking much longer than the other 3. Is there anything I can (or should) do to help it germinated?

Just keep watering when dry it will grow if it wants to grow. From my experience it hard to get seeds to germinate at one point I had one of 10 sequoia seeds germinate.
