Hello. I recently bought this little tree(or is it a shrub)? What species is it? And is it a actually a tree or a shrub type. Thank you.

Looks like a lemon cypress - but why are you asking this on a bonsai forum?

Who's to say it couldn't be. I've researched and seen many bonsai this species.

名媛直播 is not a tree species. This is just a young plant. It is not a bonsai. Selling this as a bonsai, or even as a potential bonsai, is wrong.

Over 20 years it could be.

I would love to see some bonsai of this species. Have not seen them. Got examples?
