I like it. You can make a shohin, but then the leaves are way too big, so you need to make them smaller.

You can also let it grow taller, and get a bigger trunk, and make a somewhat bigger bonsai. Your choice! ;)

I think im going to let it grow a little bit taller. Ya the leaves are pretty big, the plant has grown some smaller leaves tho, so it should be possible to reduce them quite a bit.

Here's an update on the tree, and its new spring leaves, they not very green and look like they are deficient in some nutrient, but I don't know why because I've been fertilizing regularly. hopefully they will get greener with time

do those yellow leaves have green veins?
because i if they do, that would be a magnesium defficiency(according to an article i know because of LB) or another reason.

it only needs a really small amount, according to my extra elements, 0,03 grammes per 1 liter of water, it really need VERY small amounts.

it might also be a parasite or rootrot because of long heavy moist.
but those symptoms would be way severe.
